How can I pay?

To get to the desired cards please transfer the price per card multiplicated with the number you want to our bank account.


Is payment safe?

Yes! Since everything is done through your and our bank, there are no security concerns.


How do I receive my tickets?

On request, the cards can be picked up, after receipt of the transfer on our account, at the information desk of FH Vorarlberg.
For this purpose, please specify in the purpose of transfer "Pickup at FHV".
Otherwise the card will be sent to you free of charge.



Can I return a ticket for reimbursement?

Your ticket order at is binding in all cases. Tickets will not be reimbursed. You can only cancel within the terms of the limitations set out in the legal conditions (ABGB, KSchG). e.g. if you were misled to buying a ticket or the purchase was made under duress. Please note that the Remote Sales Act §5f. Nr. 7 BGBl I 185/1999 (Fernabsatzgesetz. §5f. Nr.7 BGBl I 185/1999) does not apply to ticket orders: this law governs speeches and the provisions of services in the field of recreation which also includes balls and galas. This entails that the 7-day withdrawal and reimbursement right does not apply.
